LIFE CellTracker CM-DiI - Special Packaging

描述

CellTracker CM-DiI 为 DiI 衍生物，在水中的溶解性比 DiI 要好一些，有利于制备悬浮细胞和固定细胞的染色溶液。 CellTracker CM-DiI 含有能与硫醇反应的氯甲基基团，使染料可以共价结合到细胞硫醇上。这样，与其它膜染料不同，一些细胞可在所有固定和渗透步骤中保持稳定的标记。我们还提供 1 mg 瓶装形式的 CellTracker CM-DiI(C-7001)。
